Our mission is to provide unwavering care for pets, driven by integrity and a commitment to their well-being. We prioritize the best interests of each animal, delivering exceptional quality in every aspect of their care, ensuring their health, happiness, and security.

We are staffed 24/7/365, ensuring there is always a caretaker monitoring the facility and checking on pets 24 hours a day. Your pet will never be left alone on our property.
Our facility is set on six wooded acres, providing plenty of space for your pet to play both on- and off-leash. Unlike many boarding environments, your pet will not be walked on pavement. Our play areas are equipped with artificial turf designed to be dog- and mud-friendly.
We maintain meticulous records for each pet during their stay, tracking daily weight, eating habits, potty routines, and behaviors. This information is documented by our caretakers and can be referenced at any time.
If we notice any abnormalities during your pet’s stay, we promptly contact you. For example, pets sometimes experience upset stomachs due to the change in environment or increased activity. We reach out to discuss what we’ve observed and offer treatment options such as bland diets, pure pumpkin, over-the-counter probiotics, or a veterinary visit if necessary.

We’ve partnered with Fur Friends Mobile Veterinary Clinic to provide routine vaccinations and testing as needed during your pet’s stay.
We accept elderly pets, pets on medication (both oral and topical), and fearful pets—animals that other facilities may decline. A consultation with our management team is required before boarding to ensure a non-hospital setting is appropriate for your pet.
We accommodate pets that are fearful or aggressive with a hands-off, secure approach. If your pet cannot be handled, we have double-sided runs that allow them to be safely housed and moved between sides for cleaning without direct contact.

In a post-pandemic world, we’ve implemented several safety measures to ensure the well-being of our clients, staff, and the pets in our care, including:

Veterinarian-approved vaccination requirements for all daycare and boarding guests
UV light sanitization in all HVAC systems
Hospital-grade HEPA filters in all HVAC systems
Continuous fresh air ventilation in all kennel areas
Daily washing and sanitizing of water bowls, with food bowls sanitized after each use in commercial-grade equipment

All bedding is laundered daily using hospital-grade detergent
Daily decontamination aerosolized “fogging” of each area of our facility for total surface and air sanitization
Touch-free hand sanitizer stations at each entrance and commonly used doorways
